AT&T Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

Represent Channel Focus’s wireless clients with professionalism and enthusiasm Build strong, lasting relationships with customers while promoting services and offers AT&T Customer Enrollment Representatives are the link between our clients and their customers ensuring satisfaction and driving sales Manage customer accounts, activations, upgrades, and service-related concerns Address customer questions with confidence and find effective, solution-based answers Track customer feedback and assist in improving service strategies Collaborate with the team to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets
