Overview:

We are seeking a driven and reliable Telemarketer to join our in-office team. The ideal candidate is experienced in high-volume outbound calling, confident on the phone, and skilled at engaging potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to make 200+ outbound calls per day to pre-qualified leads and transfer warm prospects to our licensed inside sales agents.

Responsibilities:

Make 200+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers Engage leads with a friendly and professional phone presence Qualify interest and transfer warm leads to inside sales agents in real-time Accurately document call outcomes in the CRM Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and transfer goals

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of outbound telemarketing or call center experience Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and coachable Must be able to work on-site at our office daily
