We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our outreach team and help connect clients with the coverage they need.
Position Overview:
The Appointment Setter is the first point of contact for many of our prospective clients. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our licensed agents to provide quotes and consultation.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and texts to warm and cold leads Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents Input and manage client data in our CRM system Follow up with leads who have shown interest Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills Sales, customer service, or phone experience preferred Highly organized with good time management skills Professional and friendly demeanor Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
