Telemarketing Representative Green Planet Solar Solutions, Inc Sarasota, FL 34236 Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through outbound calling, engaging them in conversations about our products and services, and ultimately driving sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a strong ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services. Engage in warm calling to build rapport with prospects and identify their needs. Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track interactions and manage customer relationships. Effectively communicate product benefits and features to persuade prospects. Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to enhance selling strategies. Requirements Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Ability to negotiate effectively and generate leads. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous but not mandatory. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
