About Blue Mountain Capital We are a boutique commercial mortgage brokerage specializing in non-bank financing for real estate investors nationwide. We structure and place business-purpose real estate loans using private money, hard money, institutional capital, family offices, and wholesale channels. We are not a direct lender — we are deal-makers, structure-builders, and problem-solvers.

The Role:

Commercial Mortgage Associate You’ll work directly under a high-producing broker. You’ll source and qualify new deals, call real estate investors, follow up with leads, and collect the required documentation to move deals forward. Over time, you’ll grow into a full broker — running your own deals and earning 50% commissions.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound cold calls and follow up with investors Qualify borrowers and vet basic deal details Collect required documentation: PFS, SREO/Track Record, Intake Form Set appointments only when full docs are in Track everything in Zoho CRM Communicate daily with your team lead Learn the business from the inside out

Compensation Structure:

Phase 1: 30% of company fee (entry-level, appointments & docs) Phase 2: 40% after consistent deal contributions Phase 3: 50% — run your own book of business 1099 commission-only role — no base pay, no draws, no advances The #1

Rule:

Communication If we can’t reach you, we assume your clients can’t either. If you’re not reaching out to us daily, we assume you’re not working. No communication = no trust, no traction, no future here. We expect active engagement, clear CRM notes, real questions, and constant contact.

Trial Period:

You will start with a 30-day trial .

During this time you must:

Set 1-2 qualified appointments per week Collect all required borrower documents Update CRM daily Communicate with leadership Ask smart questions and get better weekly
