Salary Range:

Licensing Assistance Available Requirements Licensing:
No specific license is required, but a background in insurance or sales is beneficial.
Experience:
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through targeted outreach and networking.
Client Engagement:
Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs.
Telecommunication:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Product Knowledge:
Provide information on the various insurance products offered, tailoring discussions to meet client needs.
Data Management:
Accurately record customer information and interactions in the company’s database.
Follow-up:
Strategically follow up with leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
