Responsibilities Call Existing & New Customers to introduce our Company and Products Sell our Print Services Read and respond to emails Follow-up on Sales Leads, Quotes and Invoices Follow-up on orders for full customer satisfaction and additional orders Identify and contact potential Customers Assess customers’ needs and Offer Solutions Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Meet personal / customer service team call handling quotas Manage incoming calls Skills Winning Ambitious Attitude a Must!
