Position Summary We’re seeking a Sales Appointment Setter to support our business development team by identifying high-potential leads, qualifying them, and setting up discovery calls. This is a critical frontline sales role that helps fuel the pipeline for both our medical supply division and our background screening platform. • Candidates not currently residing within commuting distance must be willing to relocate to the Shreveport area at their own expense. .• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to new leads daily (B2B focus) Qualify inbound leads from Shopify, web forms, and referral sources Conduct initial needs assessments to determine product fit Schedule discovery and demo calls for senior closers and sales managers Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot or similar) Collaborate with marketing on outbound email follow-up sequences Hit weekly
KPIs:
calls made, meetings booked, qualified leads passed Continuously learn about products in drug testing, background checks, and API integration Required Skills 1-2 years of inside sales, appointment setting, or call center experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Energetic, coachable, and self-motivated Familiarity with CRMs, G Suite, Zoom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
