Telemarketing Sales Position Available In Bristol, Massachusetts

Generate sales by either cold calling or answering requests in afast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existingor potential customers to inform them about our services.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Cold call people using a given phonedirectory to sell products Use scripts to provide information aboutproduct?s features, prices etc. and present their benefits Ask pertinentquestions to understand the customer?s requirements Persuade thecustomer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet theirneeds Record the customer?s personal information accurately in acomputer system Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard thecompany?s reputation Go the ?extra mile? to meet sales quota andfacilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and recorduseful information Skills required: Proven experience as telemarketer orsimilar sales/customer service role Proven track record of successfullymeeting sales quotas preferably over the phone Working knowledge ofrelevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systemsExcellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in EnglishSkilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints Persistent andresults-oriented Qualifications / experience required: High schooldiploma; BSc/Ba is a plus 1-2-year(s) experience in telemarketing
