Appointment Setter / Telemarketer – B2B – Part-Time Jantize Charlotte Metro 5555 Concord Parkway South, Concord, NC 28027 Overview Are you confident on the phone, organized, and goal-driven? Jantize America is expanding and we’re hiring a motivated Appointment Setter / Telemarketer to join our team. You’ll be the first voice potential clients hear—setting appointments for our outside sales team with businesses interested in janitorial services.

What You’ll Do:

Make outbound B2B calls to prospects using a provided call list and script Introduce Jantize and qualify interest in commercial cleaning services Set appointments for our local sales reps to meet or quote Track call results and update CRM software Follow up with warm leads

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has a clear, professional phone presence and speaks confidently Is comfortable making 50-100 outbound calls per day Can follow a proven script but isn’t afraid to think on their feet Is results-oriented, self-managed, and consistent Has previous telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service experience (preferred)
