Responsible for receiving incoming sales calls, scheduling sales appointments and responding to and following up on all customer Internet inquiries via phone, text and email. Make follow-up calls to customers. Check up with customers regarding their satisfaction of their experience with us. Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume Service call center is preferred. Must be friendly and have a positive, professional attitude. Must like talking on the phone and answering customers’ questions about our extensive line of products . E-Leads experience is a plus. Exceptional written and oral communication skills . Great organizational skills. The ability to multi-task, follow directions, be open to change, work effectively under pressure, and positively defuse negative situations with customers. Committed to customer service and satisfaction. Professional, well-groomed appearance. Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time.
