Laurel, NJ is hiring for outbound call representative to work in our mortgage call center. Days are fast paced and each day you are learning about the mortgage industry while you are engaging with our potential clients. Mortgage industry will always be “essential” to our economy. We have ongoing training and group training for all the employees.

Duties:

Learn about our available refinancing services Call prospects from the provided data base using our automated dialer system Deliver prepared questions, reading from scripts that describe our financial services Learn customer needs and adjust sales pitch accordingly Overcome any objections from homeowners to close the deal Input customer details on paper application and internal computer system, Calyx Point Verify customer information is correct on all forms Contribute to team effort by accomplishing daily and weekly performance objectives Comply with our business policies and procedures

Requirements:

Professional and friendly attitude Motivated and enthusiastic Well spoken Coachable Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment Persuasive phone presence to overcome objections Ability to handle rejection Previous phone calling experience a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 9-7/11-9 with 1 hour lunch break (swing shift) weekly Friday 9:45am to 2pm Benefits Competitive salary with available bonuses each pay period Advancement opportunities for career oriented individuals
