Duties Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote products and services. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify their needs and present appropriate solutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching targets. Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing approaches. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients. Skills Proven experience in sales, particularly in telemarketing or inside sales environments. Strong ability to communicate clearly and persuasively over the phone. Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, enabling effective discussions about technical products. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking interactions and managing leads. Excellent listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs quickly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving goals. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
