The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound cold/warm calling, effectively communicating our products and services, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. Engage in cold/warm calling efforts to follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns. Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their needs and present potential solutions. Close on initial scheduling of sales call while maintaining a positive relationship with prospects. Document interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach and conversion rates. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in sales, particularly in telemarketing or inside sales roles. Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction. Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage leads and track performance.
