In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, healthcare providers, or organizations to promote and sell our healthcare products or services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients. Educate potential clients about our healthcare services. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain and update CRM system with accurate call notes, client information, and follow-ups. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets. Build and maintain positive client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay up to date on healthcare industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or a healthcare-related field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations is a plus.
