Duties Engage potential clients through warm calling and telemarketing to generate leads and build relationships. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to meet sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and growth. Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. . Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
