In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels, including in-person meetings. Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base. Perform product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue. Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience in inside sales or outside sales environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in upselling techniques and cold calling strategies. Familiarity with CRM software for managing sales processes. Knowledge of technology sales is a plus, enabling effective communication of product benefits. Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential customers. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients. Experience in direct sales is advantageous, showcasing a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
