The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling (HOT LEADS), responding to customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and troubleshooting any issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to remain calm and composed in difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

Cold calling and provide customer service. Provide accurate information about products and services. Identify customer needs and provide solutions. Maintain customer records and update account information. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction levels
