• Job Description FlippingGood Marketing is a fast-growing local advertising company flipping the script on how small businesses get seen — literally.

We place bold, interactive ad cards on every table at partner restaurants like KC Peppers Bar & Grille. We’re looking for a persuasive and friendly Cold Caller to help us sell affordable ad space to local businesses. This is a commission-based position ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone and passionate about supporting small businesses.

• Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to small and mid-sized businesses Pitch local table advertising spots and explain value clearly Handle basic objections and answer common questions Set appointments or close sales directly Keep notes and track lead progress in a CRM or shared system Follow up via phone, text, or email as needed
• Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Friendly, confident voice and tone Self-motivated and organized Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service preferred Comfortable following a script and adapting it naturally Familiarity with local small businesses (bonus!)
