What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to support Medicare clients
Manage live transfers from our in-house lead generation team
Reach out to carrier partner customers to assist with Medicare options
Provide exceptional service with a customer-first mindset
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of Medicare sales experience (required)
Active Health Insurance License
2025 AHIP Certification
Communication skills and ability to work independently
Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) salary: $20•$24 per hour

work hours: 7 AM•11 PM

High School Responsibilities Inbound and Outbound Calls:
Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to current customers regarding Medicare products
Live Transfers:
Engage in live transfers from our lead generation team to connect with interested clients promptly
Outbound Calls to
Carrier Partner Customers:
Reach out to customers of our carrier partners to provide information and support regarding their insurance options
Key Hiring Requirements:
Able to handle 50-80 calls/day, live transfers, Medicare discussions.
Familiar with CRM system (any)
between multiple screens and speak to customers simultaneously.
Candidates must be 2025 certified with a valid release letter.
Experience:
At least 2 years of AEP enrollment experience.
Current active Health Insurance License
2025 AHIP (America’s Health Insurance Plans) certification
Technology Skills:
Agents must be computer-savvy, able to multitask while speaking with customers.
Equipment:
Web cam, headset, at least two monitors. The essential functions of this role include:
