In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our applicants. Your primary responsibility will be to make outgoing calls, schedule prospective applicants for interviews, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities Make outgoing calls promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding job details to applicants. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve results. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications for data entry and record keeping. (Google Sheets / Excel) Experience in sales or client services is a plus. Excellent command of English. Demonstrated phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications. Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers over the phone. A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
