Our personalized approach to men’s health sets us apart, and we’re seeking a dynamic Retention Specialist to join our team in delivering exceptional patient care and support.
Job Overview:
As a Retention Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our patient engagement efforts, ensuring patients remain connected to their concierge treatment plans. This role involves proactive outreach via phone, email, and text to maintain strong relationships, troubleshoot concerns, and guide patients toward renewing their plans. You’ll also meet patients in person to provide tailored support, making this a highly interactive role for a confident communicator who excels in both digital and face-to-face settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage patients through regular outbound calls, emails, and text messages to check in, provide support, and discuss plan renewals. Schedule and conduct in-person consultations to address patient concerns and reinforce the value of their treatment plans. Build trust and rapport with patients through timely, professional, and empathetic communication across all channels. Monitor plan expirations and patient interactions using our CRM system to stay organized and proactive. Collaborate with the clinical team to resolve patient inquiries and ensure a seamless experience. Educate patients on the benefits of continuing their treatment plans, overcoming hesitations with clarity and care. Meet retention goals by re-engaging patients and securing plan renewals through a mix of digital and in-person efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer retention, account management, or a similar client-facing role. Exceptional communication skills across phone, email, text, and in-person interactions, with a talent for building rapport. Comfortable managing a high volume of digital outreach (email and text) alongside phone and face-to-face engagements. Strong problem-solving skills to address patient needs and provide tailored solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about making a difference in patients’ lives. Proficiency with CRM software, email platforms, and text communication tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in healthcare or concierge services is a plus but not required.
