Deliver exceptional service to guests by connecting them to unforgettable country music lifestyleexperiences that connect artists and fans around the world.
Serve as the front-line sales and service representative selling products and services to guests connecting with the Opry Entertainment Group (OEG) Call Center. Support a continuously improving environment that enhances guest satisfaction, increases revenue generation, and maximizes productivity. Take a genuine personal interest in our guests. Listen to understand the reason for their contact, address all questions or issues, and provide accurate and efficient responses. Provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment while professionally meeting guests’ service and sales expectations.
Know the products, services, and history. Effectively communicate and share knowledge of company attractions and specific services and offerings. Stay up to date with all current promotions and advertising campaigns.
Identify opportunities to sell, cross-sell, and upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience.
Contact current guests and potential leads via omnichannel: phone, email, and chat to provide scheduling and event updates. Contact leads for marketing and sales purposes.
Work as a team to create the best experience for our guests. Meet and exceed personal sales targets and work towards meeting team sales targets to ensure revenue goals are met month over month.
Be receptive to ideas, training, and feedback from the leadership and training team to continually improve and enhance sales and service.
Accuracy of input data is paramount to ensuring world-class guest service, guest satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Maintain and update files to accurately capture guest information; effectively communicate account details quickly and smoothly when inquiries are made.
Resolve and de-escalate any service issues
- escalating to leadership when necessary and appropriate.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Additional education preferred
Experience
Experience
2+ years experience in guest services, hospitality, or retail with focus on sales required
1+ years experience in call center environment preferred with ability to support a fast-paced call volume
Experience meeting and exceeding sales goals (KPIs) required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
General computer skills required with strong typing skills (35-40+ words per minute)
