Serve as the front-line sales and service representative selling products and services to guests connecting with the Opry Entertainment Group (OEG) Call Center. Support a continuously improving environment that enhances guest satisfaction, increases revenue generation, and maximizes productivity. Take a genuine personal interest in our guests. Listen to understand the reason for their contact, address all questions or issues, and provide accurate and efficient responses. Provide friendly service in a fast-paced environment while professionally meeting guests’ service and sales expectations. Know the products, services, and history. Requirements:
