• BDC EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED AS SETTING APPTS IS CRITICAL TO THIS POSITION

• Dealership Experience is Preferred but NOT Required
• Experience with VinSolutions is a HUGE Plus!
• Sales skills (from any industry)
• Must be able to make 100 emails, 100 texts and 100 calls per shift along with 8 appts per shift
• Strong work habits, able to listen to direction and stay focused during the shift

• Strong computer skills & professional phone etiquette
• Strong texting skills and emailing etiquette
• Strong verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task & be well organized
