• + Handle 50-75 inbound calls per day from licensed healthcare agents + Support product training, sales orders, commission inquiries, and quote processing + Assist with website navigation and agent onboarding + Provide excellent customer service and account support in a high-volume environment
• Candidates for Call Center Sales Support must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• + 1+ years of recent
• call center experience
• with stable work history (no short tenures) + Previous experience in
• healthcare, Medicare
