✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar
✅ Hands-on lab experience with bacterial protein expression (E. coli)
✅ Proficient in aseptic technique, protein extraction, and

SDS-PAGE

What You’ll Do:

Run bacterial protein expression protocols
Perform cell lysis (sonication, chemical, enzymatic)
Extract, analyze, and document proteins
Use

SDS-PAGE

+ other analytical tools
Maintain ELNs and SOPs
Troubleshoot workflows and improve efficiency
Communicate clearly and document everything meticulously
✨

Bonus Points If You Have:

⭐ Experience with protein purification: FPLC, chromatography
⭐ Familiarity with high-throughput or automation systems
⭐ Knowledge of Western blotting or other protein analysis methods
⭐ Method optimization skills

The anticipated wage for this position is between $27/hr. and $29/hr. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Pay Details:

$27.00 to $29.00 per hour
