Your Key Responsibilities Support training functionssuch as recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skilldevelopment, and administrative tasks. Support controllingfunctions such as reporting, analyzing budget processes, anddeveloping process documentation. Supporting purchasing and qualitystrategy roadmap. Participants should be responsible, able to workindependently, and open to instruction. S/he will be givendevelopmental opportunities through tasks such as projects,job-rotation, hands-on-training, and exposure to Schaeffler’smanufacturing and technological processes. Must be pursuingan academic degree. Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communicationability (written and verbal). Extremely self-motivated and drivento achieve results. Assertive approach to solving problems. Abilityto prioritize. The ability to sit at a workstation for extendedperiods, and lift and move thirty pounds.
