Postdoc positions are available for Dr. Susie Dai’s lab at the University of Missouri for the most qualified candidates. The postdocs will work in a highly collaborative Engineering Research Center (ERC), focusing on synthetic biology design in the enzymatic cassette reaction. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong backgrounds in biochemistry and protein design, microbial fermentation, and synthetic biology. The general lab environment is collaborative, friendly, and constructive. The project is part of the Carbon Utilization Redesign for Biomanufacturing (CURB) ERC funded in collaboration with collaborators at Washington University in St. Louis, the University of Delaware, and Texas A&M University.
