General Responsibilities Working with a high degree of independence, to oversee projects within the laboratory and to assume responsibility for the day-to-day operation of lab activities. To collect, enter, summarize, analyze and interpret data. To contribute significantly to the planning/design of studies and to help develop long or short-term goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary Range :
$ 47,486.40- $50,000 Qualifications Qualifications Doctorate in a related field OR Master’s degree in a related field and two (2) years of related experience OR Bachelor s degree in related field and four (4) years of related experience OR Associate’s degree in related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement. Preferences Masters or higher degree preferred. Specific preference given for biology, biochemistry, or microbiology degree. Experience in mouse colonies, breeding, and genotyping, OCT, DNA mapping, grant writing, scientific publication writing/editing and research poster presentation all preferred Key Skills Need to have high communication skills, be able to work with a team, and meet deadlines.
