Pediatrics (PEDS) Up to $300K basesalary 20% production bonus, yields up to $350K in totalcompensation $10,000 Signing bonus Benefits – 50% of health carepremium paid-for by employer, 30 days PTO, $2,000 CME allowance,and 4% retirement-match Earn a top ’90 th tile’ pediatriciancompensation ~ 2025 MGMA Data.
