Responsibilities The laboratory of Dr. Grinberg isseeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join ourgrowing team investigating the basis of sleep dysfunction inneurodegenerative diseases. This role is part of amultidisciplinary effort to decipher how neurodegenerativeprocesses impact the sleep-wake system, with the ultimate goal ofdeveloping effective therapeutic strategies. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in neuroscience or neuroanatomy and apassion for neuropathology. Working closely with neuropathologists,neurologists, psychiatrists, and neuroscientists, you will exploresleep- and wake-promoting nuclei in human brain tissue usingneuroanatomical, neuropathological, and molecular tools to generatebiological insights with clinical relevance.
