The Postdoctoral Fellow position focused on neurodegeneration research. Your responsibilities will encompass investigating the underlying mechanisms of neurodegenerative diseases, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease.
Your work will involve a multifaceted approach, including:

Biochemical & Molecular Analyses:

Investigate molecular pathways and biomarkers

Cell Culture & Imaging:

Work with cell lines and iPSC-derived brain cells, immunocytochemistry, and advanced microscopy

Experimental Techniques:

Western blotting, microtiterplate assays, recombinant protein production, gene editing, behavioral/motor testing, and more

In Vivo Studies:

Use mouse models to explore disease progression
