Responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory procedures related to human reproduction, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), embryo culture, embryo biopsy, embryo freezing, and thawing. Additionally, the position will be involved in research, training, and quality assurance activities to ensure the continuous improvement of embryology services.

Essential Functions
- Perform laboratory procedures related to human reproduction, including oocyte retrieval, sperm preparation, IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo grading, and cryopreservation.
- Conduct embryo biopsy procedures for preimplantation genetic testing (PGT).
- Monitor and evaluate embryo development and provide guidance on the selection of embryos for transfer or cryopreservation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory procedures, patient data, and laboratory equipment maintenance.
- Participate in research activities, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings at conferences or scientific meetings.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance programs, including adherence to laboratory protocols, quality control measures, and external accreditation requirements.
- Train and supervise junior embryologists, laboratory technicians, and other support staff in laboratory techniques and procedures. Education

No Licenses and Credentials Experience
Embryology Experience 5-7 years required and IVF and ICSI Procedures Experience 3-5 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Strong understanding of reproductive physiology, genetics, and embryonic development.
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques, embryo biopsy, cryopreservation, and quality control measures in the laboratory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in laboratory work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and supervise a team, providing guidance, training, and support. Physical Requirements
