Job Overview We are looking for highly motivated laboratory individuals to support our team with specified projects during temporary engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in GLP/GMP environments, and a passion for advancing scientific knowledge. In this role, you will perform validation studies through the analysis of biological samples. Our clients trust us to deliver excellence in data and bioanalysis, and this role is a bedrock within our project lifecycle. You will work on a wide variety of sample validations, including biologics, protein, peptides, small molecules, and/or biomarkers with a team of expert scientists. This role is also exposed to a range of analytical instrumentation and each project looks different than the previous one. Desired Educational and Laboratory Backgrounds Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or related field with multiple years’ experience in a regulated scientific laboratory environment. Skilled in cell or plate-based assays such as ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Gene Expression assays, and/or binding assays Skilled in separation-based assays such as HPLC, GC, CE, Mass Spec, and/or SDS-Page Experience working in a GxP environment Desired Skillsets Ability to carry out routine tasks accurately, following strict methodology to carry out analysis, preparing samples and maintaining and operating standard laboratory equipment. Must work effectively within team to meet objectives under time constraints Ability to take direction well and multi-task Detail oriented and highly organized Excellent oral and written communication skills Proficient in the use of MS Excel and Word Key Responsibilities Perform laboratory testing and analysis in compliance with GLP/GMP regulations. Support project-specific laboratory activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to standard operating procedures. Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing laboratory workflows as needed.
