May also assist with field sample collection. Duties/Responsibilities Organize and track sample workflow Extract and analyze molecular samples Report results, communicate with team members Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience 10 years experience in molecular laboratory work BA in biology or related field, experience with marine eDNA sample collection and processing Experience with high throughput molecular lab protocols and instruments Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Familiarity with: Kingfisher extraction systems PCR methods Molecular lab protocols Spreadsheet management The University of New Hampshire is an R1 Carnegie classification research institution providing comprehensive, high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs of distinction.
