Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join a cutting-edge scientific discovery team focused on skin biology. This role supports laboratory research under the guidance of a project leader or senior scientist, contributing to innovative programs that explore skin health, wound healing, and dermatological science.
The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 34 and $35
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
Proficient in culturing human keratinocytes and fibroblasts.
Strong sterile technique and tissue culture skills.
Experience handling human tissue samples is a plus.
Skilled in multiplex ELISA, general ELISA, PCR, and IHC methods.
Ability to design antibody panels for multi-color flow cytometry.
Proficient in microscopy imaging techniques.
Understanding of skin and skin appendage morphology is advantageous.
Familiarity with skin wound healing biology and next-generation sequencing is a plus.
Capable of writing SOPs and working practices.
Strongmunication, presentation, and project management skills.
Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
Job Duties:
Perform laboratory experiments to support discovery programs in skin biology.
Conduct in vitro studies using 2D cell cultures, 3D reconstructed skin models, and ex vivo human skin.
Execute micro-dissection of human skin biopsies.
Perform immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, ELISA, and other biological assays.
Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical and formulation teams to design and execute experiments.
Collect, analyze, and summarize experimental data; upload results to internal databases and report findings in a timely manner.
Maintain laboratory operations, including ordering supplies,anizing inventory, and ensuring lab readiness.

Pay Details:
$34.00 to $35.00 per hour
