We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director tojoin our Protein Expression Sciences (PES) team at Regeneron. Inthis pivotal role, you will be involved in leading cell linedevelopment projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring thesuccessful execution of projects through strategic cross-functionalcollaboration and effective communication. As an AssociateDirector, a typical day might include: Performing and overseeingoperations of a CHO cell line development team. Reviewing data andmaking informed decisions to manage project workflows. Attendingcross-functional meetings to ensure streamlined communicationbetween different teams at Regeneron. This role may be for you ifyou: Have excellent managerial and interpersonal skills. Havestrong organizational skills to handle multiple projects. Havestrong written and oral communication skills. Enjoy working crossfunctionally across the organization to manage collaborativeprojects Can shift gears quickly to align with changing prioritiesIn order to be considered for this role, you must have a PhD degreein cell/molecular biology with 10 years of relevant experience or aBS/MS and 15 years of relevant experience in biopharma, healthcare,life science, or a related field. Must have extensive experienceworking on and maintaining cell lines. Automation and/or Flowcytometry experience is highly desirable. Must have at least 5years of people management experience. We need someone who canoversee and drive projects/processes. Must have knowledge of celland molecular biology, experience in managing projects and people,and ability to make data driven decisions.
