Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Chemical Pourer to join our team. As a Chemical Pourer, you will be responsible for safely transferring chemicals and other liquids into containers for further processing or storage. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to follow strict guidelines for handling hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately measure and pour chemicals into designated containers for processing or shipment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines when handling chemicals, including wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Monitor chemical levels in containers to ensure proper quantities and maintain inventory records. Inspect chemical containers for leaks, damage, or contamination before use. Ensure that all equipment used in the pouring process is properly maintained and in good working condition. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for chemical handling and disposal. Label containers with appropriate chemical identification and safety information. Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in chemical safety or related fields is a plus. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or laboratory environment preferred. Knowledge of chemical safety and hazardous material handling is essential. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within strict safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Physical ability to lift and handle heavy containers of chemicals safely. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to work in environments that may involve exposure to chemicals, noise, and other industrial hazards (with proper PPE).

Working Conditions:
