Contract to Hire We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable laboratory technician with strong wet chemistry skills, including titrations and handling acids/metals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured, SOP-driven environment, demonstrating precision and consistency in every task. We’re seeking someone committed to long-term growth who can bring steady hands, focus, and a strong work ethic to the team.

Responsibilities:

Perform assigned physical and chemical testing per SOPs or specific work instructions. Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment. Record test data and maintain required documentation and reports. Conduct in-process inspections and evaluate test results. Verify and transfer collected data into lab networks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab space.

Qualification Requirements:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Chemistry or related science); equivalent lab experience considered. Prior laboratory experience is highly preferred.
