ASAP Work Schedule:
4 days on / 4 days off, EST hours (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am; overnight shift likely)
Assignment Length:
6 months (Temp-to-Hire)

Demi Road, Mount Bethel, PA Hours:
40 hours/week
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience & Skills:
Background in systems operations preferred SAP experience a plus Forklift operation (training provided) Basic tools knowledge
PPE:
Steel toe shoes/boots required, all other PPE provided Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights (~15 ft) on occasion Comfortable working in warehouse, cleanroom, and production environments
Job Responsibilities:
Operate chemical processes involving ammonium chloride, helium, and nitrogen safely and efficiently Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and learning resources Participate in safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture Assist with equipment assembly/disassembly and perform basic maintenance Drive a culture of safety and quality in daily tasks Cross-train team members and participate in emergency response if needed
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Ability to wear respirators and fully encapsulated suits; pass medical and physical tests Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong safety attitude and positive teamwork skills Quick learner with technical troubleshooting skills Effective communicator in English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Applied Science, Process Technology, or related field 2+ years in process operations, chemical handling, or hazardous materials Mechanical/electrical systems experience Knowledge of analytical processes, root cause analysis, Lean manufacturing, and 5S practices Computer literate
