We specialize in providing top-quality fireplace and chimney services for both residential and commercial clients. This position requires expertise in chimney sweeping, inspection, and maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, customer service, and craftsmanship. While CSIA certification is a plus, it is not required-we are willing to provide training and support the right candidate in obtaining industry certifications.

Responsibilities Perform chimney sweeping, cleaning, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients. Inspect chimneys, fireplaces, and venting systems for blockages, creosote buildup, and structural issues. Identify and repair minor chimney and fireplace problems, ensuring safe operation. Provide expert recommendations to customers regarding necessary repairs and maintenance. Ensure compliance with fire codes and safety regulations. Operate tools and equipment safely, including brushes, vacuums, and cameras for inspections. Educate customers on chimney safety, maintenance best practices, and proper fireplace operation. Maintain accurate service records and provide detailed reports of findings and repairs. Work collaboratively with installation teams and other technicians to complete projects efficiently. Adhere to company safety policies and ensure a clean and professional work environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a chimney sweep, fireplace technician, or similar trade is preferred. CSIA Certification is a plus but not required. Company paid training class to help you obtain your CSIA certification. Strong understanding of chimney and fireplace systems, venting, and safety standards. Ability to work in confined spaces, on rooftops, and in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor as required. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
