Position Responsibilities:

Oversee and assist in chemical maintenance for electroplating solutions, including adding chemicals to plating tanks as needed, cleaning machines, changing solutions, maintaining plating equipment, hull cell testing, and pH testing.

Thoroughly examine plating tanks and maintain daily check sheets for the plating lines.

Operate and monitor waste treatment equipment and purifying processes.

Handle sludge and other hazardous materials with utmost caution.

Maintain cleanliness of plating lines, storage, and waste treatment areas.

Follow strict work procedures and safety practices.

Essential Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalentAt least one year of experience in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with industrial chemicals and proper handlingMust have a wastewater certification or be willing to work towards obtaining onePossess strong attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and focus for extended periods[]{style=”fo”}
