In this role, you’ll take on complex projects, ensuring seamless implementation and high levels of customer satisfaction. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential as you resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site. Your service area will include Nashville, TN and surrounding counties.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical expertise and oversee gas meter installation field service operations Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

SHIFT :

Monday – Friday 7am – 4:30pm

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in gas meter installation field service or a similar role Strong technical knowledge and expertise in gas meter technologies Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in project management and execution Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
