Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

0-4 years of experience. Prior experience in Hair Color/Care or Consumer Products formulation. Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude. Strong communication and analytical skills. Quick learner. Strong data management (Excel, etc.).

Job Duties:

Position will include tasks to successfully make hair color laboratory batches, conducting product stability, evaluating color performance, and recording and reporting results. Experience with lab equipment such as batching equipment, pH meters, viscometer, and Microsoft applications, and interaction with raw material suppliers is a plus. Ability to lift bulk materials, fill consumer laboratory samples, and prepare hair tresses with application of consumer products and CGMP practices required. Assist in the maintenance of laboratory raw materials, glassware, supplies, and waste. Communicate formulation stability and efficacy results.
