HR Responsibilities:
The Temporary Scientist – Hair Color will support the development of innovative hair color formulations by working closely with senior scientists. This role involves hands-on lab work, problem solving, and data analysis to help deliver high-quality, consumer-ready products. Prepare lab batches for hair color applications and conduct testing to ensure they meet established criteria Perform stability and efficacy testing; document experimental design, results, and conclusions Maintain accurate records of all lab work, including observations, analyses, and recommendations for next steps Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to source raw materials and obtain relevant data
Qualifications:
BS/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with 0-4 years of experience Previous experience in hair color, hair care, or consumer product formulation preferred Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive, proactive attitude Excellent communication and analytical skills; quick to learn and adapt Proficient in data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) www.onboardusa.com Apply Today!
