Scientist Overview:

The roleof the temporary Scientist – hair color is to assist hair colorscientists in developing new hair color formulations. This willinvolve problem solving, lab batching, analysis, and testing. Thescientist should competently understand the test methods requiredto deliver a quality product and conduct laboratory experiments.

Job Duties:

• Prepare lab batches for hair color applications andconduct testing to verify release criteria.
• Conduct stability andefficacy testing, including detailing experiments, analysis, andsummary of results.
• Maintain documentation of lab results,conclusions, and next steps.
• Contact suppliers and in-houseexperts to source raw materials or data as needed.
