HR Responsibilities:

Perform quality control and in-process testing on all types of BioVue cassettes according to established procedures and timelines. Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulatory requirements. Participate in failure investigations and assist in determining root causes. Track and trend testing data and recommend process improvements to support operational efficiency. Conduct testing in compliance with current cGMPs. Support equipment maintenance and calibration programs. Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Deliver customer-focused results in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control (QC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and analytical procedures. Experience with analytical instruments such as AutoVue and ProVue preferred. Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, ISO, and cGMP guidelines and regulations preferred. Manual dexterity required for handling instruments, performing repetitive motions, and standing for extended periods. Consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required to limit exposure to bloodborne pathogens. Strong oral and written communication skills.
