Key Accountabilities:

Proficiently operate and maintain polymer lab equipment Utilize analytical techniques and industrial standards to characterize polymer structure, morphology, and properties Optimize formulations and processing techniques to leverage Covia mineral fillers into various polymer systems Analyze experimental data, interpret results, and prepare detailed technical reports/presentations Maintain accurate records of research data, formulations, and test results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Adhere to all laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Providing technical support to sales and production teams Contributing to a cross-functional team that develops IP strategy.
