Summary:
We are seeking a Chemist to perform chemical analyses and quality testing on drug products in a cGMP-compliant laboratory. Responsibilities include routine testing (dissolution, assay, ID, content uniformity), documenting results per c
GMP/GLP/DEA
standards, and maintaining analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, and UV/Vis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine lab testing of pharmaceutical products Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment Accurately enter data and documentation in lab systems Follow safety, housekeeping, and compliance protocols Collaborate with team members to support lab operations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field Minimum 1 year of relevant academic or industry lab experience Experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV/Vis, etc.) Knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and related compliance practices
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, bend, twist, or kneel as needed Comfortable working a 10-hour day, 4-day week
Job Type:
Contract Pay:
$24.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
